Yoga Classes

My classes offer a time and place for you to slow down enough to listen to the natural wisdom of your body and your heart and to celebrate your inherent strength, freedom, and beauty through creative and spontaneous movement. The intention is that you can arrive more fully in your experience and check in with what lies just under its surface. The hope is that you can be more comfortable within yourself, no matter what state or shape you think you are in.

Workshops

Barefoot Body Care

Group Mashing Workshop

This special class is offered occasionally at Yoga Soup. 

Mashing (barefoot-massage) creates deep, lasting, and relaxing effects in your body by compressing muscles and connective tissues with the strong pressure and broad surface area of the feet– and it's easy to learn!

During this workshop, you'll give and receive a mash with your partner while learning about the benefits and techniques of the work. Please bring a mat, a walker if you have one, and clean feet/ socks. Wear comfortable clothes. It's great to come in pairs (bring a friend or a partner), but not required. Treat yourself to an evening of delightful and unique self-care.

Enhanced Embodiment

Community Plant Connection

Enhanced Embodiment sessions combine gentle plant medicine and movement in a sacred and safe space for you to experience a greater connection with your body, heart, and mind. We practice in community and communion with a different plant ally/ medicine in each session.

First, we attune to the essence of the plant together. We pause, breathe, let its gifts arrive, and then shift into a practice of guided movement that will allow you to feel into the wisdom of your body - and how the specific plant opens pathways and your energy. Each session is designed in accordance with the plant that is being shared.
