Grounded in nature, mixed with love.

For as long as I can remember I have enjoyed making my own body products, cleaning products, essential oil recipes, chocolates, super food combinations, tea mixes, spice blends, sauces and salad dressings. I delight in mixing together expected and unexpected pure ingredients, learning new recipes, experimenting with ratios and relationships between things and discovering synergistic combinations.

I’ve also learned a lot about how simple, natural ingredients make the sweetest scents and cures for our bodies, the most healing nourishment for our bellies and the best cleaning products for our homes without harmful additives or unnecessary chemicals.

The natural world is so generous and incredibly beautiful. What nature creates is humbling and astonishing.

What comes from my hands is simple. I feel delighted that I get to work with some of nature’s perfect elements and ingredients and that I get to create delightful things that didn’t exist before. Things that could potentially heal the world, open a heart or inspire a laugh.
